140-freeshipping.pngMost items ship within 24 hours of placing your order. Sometimes orders can take 1-3 days, but it is rare and we try to get everything out to customers as quickly as possible. Our goal is to under promise and over deliver. On very rare occasions we run out of stock on hand or other factors may make an item unavailable. We will contact you if an out of stock situation arises and either offer a full refund at that time or we will provide details as to when the item(s) purchased will be back in stock. We will notify buyers of "pre-order" items and give an estimate for when the will be in stock and ready to ship.

We currently ship to US Addresses only. The pricing shown does not inlcude Hawaii, Alaska, US Territories or Military Addresses (APO/FPO/DPO). Please contact us for a quote to these other destinations. Some items cannot be shipped to these locations. Please inquire before making your purchases.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound (except small items under 13 oz. shipping via USPS First Class Mail). Most small goods will ship via USPS. Other larger items like desktop humidors will ship UPS or FedEx. Very large items like display humidors and furniture type humidors, depending on weight, will ship by freight method. Please provide a good daytime phone number for items that ship freight as the number is required by the freight company to arrange delivery.

 

Returns Policy

You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Defective or damaged items may also be returned within the 30 day time period for a full refund and/or exchange. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect , damaged or defective item). Please contact us at support@humidorpros.com for assistance with any return requests.

If you need to return an item, simply email us at support@humidorpros.com and we will provide instructions and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return.

Upon receipt of your returned item, we will process the refund quickly. You should expect to receive your refund within 1-2 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, in most cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your returned item, the time it takes us to process your return once received, and the time it takes the financial institution to process the refund request.

We do not sell tobacco products to anyone under the age of 21. We do not sell cigarettes.
